Female patient, 92 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection , hypertonia, fungal infection  and was treated with Zinacef. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, rash . Zinacef dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALLOPURINOL, REMERON, ENALAPRIL, DIFLUCAN, XYLOCAINE, DUPHALAC, SELEXIDIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
