Male patient, 59 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis, pain , arrhythmia , hip surgery, eye disorder and was treated with Zinacef. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, blister, conjunctivitis, corneal disorder, eczema , erythema, erythema multiforme, keratitis, lip ulceration. Zinacef dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NIMED, BURANA, ACETAMINOPHEN W, BISOPROLOL, ENOXAPARIN, LEVOFLOXACIN, HYDROCORTISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
