Zinacef Side Effects Report #4932012-3
Zinacef side effect was reported by a Physician from POLAND on Feb 21, 2006. Female patient, 43 years of age, weighting 211.6 lb, was diagnosed with sinusitis  and was treated with Zinacef. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, blood pressure decreased, bronchospasm, loss of consciousness, urticaria. Zinacef dosage: 1.5ML TWICE PER DAY. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Zinacef side effect was reported by a Physician from on Nov 22, 2004. Female patient, 50 years of age, weighting 187.4 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis, surgery  and was treated with Zinacef. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, bronchospasm, dyspnoea, exanthem, feeling hot, hypersensitivity, hypotension, rash , tachycardia. Zinacef dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZINAT, PROPOFOL, ULTIVA, KETALAR, MIDAZOLAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bronchospasm, chest discomfort, choking , dizziness , urticaria. Zinacef dosage: 250MG TWICE PER DAY. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, angioedema, blood pressure decreased, bronchospasm, loss of consciousness, respiratory arrest. Zinacef dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCORTISONE, AMINOPHYLLIN, VENTOLIN, BROMHEXIN HYDROCHLORIDE, PRESTARIUM, FUROSEMIDE, DIGOXIN, HYDROXYZINE. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 70 years of age, weighting 165.3 lb, was diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hypertension, cardiac failure and was treated with Zinacef. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, angioneurotic oedema, blood pressure decreased, bronchospasm, respiratory arrest. Zinacef dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCORTISONE, AMINOPHYLLIN, VENTOLIN, BROMHEXIN HYDROCHLORIDE, PRESTARIUM, FUROSEMIDE, DIGOXIN, HYDROXYZINE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, bronchospasm. Zinacef dosage: 1000MG PER DAY. Patient died on 06/16/2005.
