Zileuton Side Effects Report #4717332-X
Zileuton side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on June 25, 2005. Male patient, 64 years of age, weighting 280.0 lb, was diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer and was treated with Zileuton. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, blood urea increased, coagulopathy, deep vein thrombosis
, dizziness
, dyspnoea, epistaxis, gastritis, gastrointestinal haemorrhage. Zileuton dosage: 600 MG QID PO. During the same period patient was treated with GEMCITABINE, CARBOPLATIN, ATENOLOL, COUMADIN, LIPITOR, TRUSOPT, AMARYL, HYDROCODONE BITARTRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
