After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, cryptococcosis, csf culture positive, deafness unilateral, diabetes insipidus , effusion, immune reconstitution syndrome, intracranial pressure increased. Zidovudine dosage: 300 MG/ TWICE PER DAY/. During the same period patient was treated with LAMIVUDINE, LOPINAVIR, AMPHOTERICIN B, METHYLPREDNISOLONE, FLUCONAZOLE, ACETAZOLAMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
