Zidovudine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Jan 21, 2009. Female patient, 42 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection , cough and was treated with Zidovudine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , anorexia, appetite disorder, asthenia, cachexia, cheilitis, cough, depression , diarrhoea. Zidovudine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREZISTA, ETRAVIRINE, RALTEGRAVIR, RITONAVIR, TRUVADA, DEXTROMETHORPHAN HYDROBROMIDE, FLUCONAZOLE, LOMOTIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Zidovudine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with INDINIVIR SULPHATE, LAMIVUDINE. Patient recovered.
