Female patient, 82 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, gout , type 2 diabetes mellitus and was treated with Zestril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diarrhoea, lactic acidosis, renal failure acute. Zestril dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LASIX, COLCHICINE, GLUCOPHAGE, BISOPROLOL, SIMVASTATIN, AMIODARONE, ALPRAZOLAM, PREVISCAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
