Zestril side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on May 09, 2005. Female patient, 58 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Zestril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased, confusional state, disorientation, dizziness . Zestril dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with CYMBALTA, LEXOTANIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 85 years of age, weighting 110.2 lb, was diagnosed with essential hypertension, epilepsy , atrial fibrillation , atrial flutter, neurosis, pyuria and was treated with Zestril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, cardiac failure, confusional state, crying, culture urine positive, epilepsy , escherichia infection, hyperthermia. Zestril dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DEPAKENE, LEXOMIL ROCHE, PREVISCAN, HEMIGOXINE NATIVELLE, RISPERDAL, CARDENSIEL, AUGMENTIN. Patient died on 06/30/2006.

Female patient, 67 years of age, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus non-insulin-dependent and was treated with Zestril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , cerebral haemorrhage, confusional state, disseminated intravascular coagulation, haemodialysis, lactic acidosis, loss of consciousness, pallor, renal failure acute. Zestril dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ORABET, GLIBENCLAMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 05/11/2003.
