After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , cognitive disorder, major depression, motor dysfunction. Zestril dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TAHOR, PLAVIX, CARDENSIEL. Patient recovered.

Zestril dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TYLENOL, VIOXX, ACETAMINOPHEN, ALEVE, ACTOS, AMITRIPTYLINE PAMOATE, AMLODIPINE BESYLATE. Patient recovered.
