Zestoretic side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Apr 13, 2004. Male patient, 60 years of age, was diagnosed with hyperlipidaemia and was treated with Zestoretic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pancreatitis acute. Zestoretic dosage: 10/12.5 MG. During the same period patient was treated with CRESTOR, QUININE, XANAX, AMBIEN, FISH OIL, VERAPAMIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pancreatitis acute, renal failure acute, respiratory failure. Zestoretic dosage: 20 + 12.5 MG DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with TAHOR, SERETIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
