After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident, headache , heart rate irregular, paraesthesia, road traffic accident, skin discolouration, spinal cord haemorrhage, tinnitus . Zestoretic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BACTRIM. Patient recovered.
