After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiomyopathy , cholestasis, hepatic failure, lactic acidosis, renal failure acute. Zerit dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with EPIVIR, KARDEGIC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/28/2008.
