Zerit side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Dec 06, 2004. Male patient, 43 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection  and was treated with Zerit. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, herpes zoster, hyperlactacidaemia, hyperlipidaemia, kaposi's sarcoma , lymphadenopathy. Zerit dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with STOCRIN CAPS, EPIVIR, ZIDOVUDINE, ZIAGEN, BAKTAR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, constipation , fat tissue increased, flatulence, gastrointestinal disorder, goitre, hepatitis b , herpes zoster, lymphadenopathy. Zerit dosage: 2X40 MG STOPPED IN OCT-1997, RESTARTED IN JAN-2000. During the same period patient was treated with VIDEX, ZIDOVUDINE, ZALCITABINE, LAMIVUDINE, INDINIVIR SULPHATE, SAQUINAVIR, RITONAVIR, NELFINAVIR. Patient recovered.
