, cd4 lymphocytes decreased, antifungal prophylaxis and was treated with Zerit. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute hepatic failure, aspartate aminotransferase increased, atrial fibrillation , blood alkaline phosphatase increased, hepatic steatosis, jaundice , lactic acidosis, liver function test abnormal. Zerit dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DIDANOSINE, INVIRASE, ZIDOVUDINE, ZALCITABINE. Patient was hospitalized.
