Zerit side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Mar 27, 2008. Male patient, 86 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv test positive  and was treated with Zerit. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiomyopathy , cholestasis, hepatic failure, lactic acidosis, renal failure acute. Zerit dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with EPIVIR, KARDEGIC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/28/2008.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adrenal insufficiency, asthenia, blood chloride decreased, cholestasis, convulsion, hepatic failure, hyperkalaemia, hyponatraemia, mitochondrial cytopathy. Zerit dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with EPIVIR, DEPAKENE, PYRIMETHAMINE, DALACINE. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with VIDEX EC, STOCRIN CAPS, VIRACEPT, EPIVIR, VIREAD, MONILAC, RECOMBINATE, OCTOCOG ALPHA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
