Female patient, 46 years of age, weighting 230.0 lb, was diagnosed with alpha-1 anti-trypsin deficiency and was treated with Zemaira. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fungal infection What is  fungal infection, pneumonia What is  pneumonia. Zemaira dosage: 6273 MG Q1W IV. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
