After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , dyspnoea, haemorrhoids, nausea , productive cough, rectal haemorrhage. Zelnorm dosage: 6 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with PREMARIN, PREVACID. Patient recovered.
