Female patient, 61 years of age, weighting 107.0 lb, was diagnosed with constipation , hypertension, convulsion, depression , diabetes mellitus, blood cholesterol and was treated with Zelnorm. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: myocardial infarction. Zelnorm dosage: 6 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with COZAAR, TOPROL, KEPPRA, ZOLOFT, INSULIN, LIPITOR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
