After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, diarrhoea, dysentery, headache , hypotension, malaise. Zelmac dosage: 6 MG, ONCE/SINGLE. During the same period patient was treated with RENITEC. Patient recovered.
