Female patient, 59 years of age, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome , constipation  and was treated with Zelmac. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: constipation , diarrhoea, haematochezia. Zelmac dosage: 6 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with LANSOPRAZOLE, VASTAREL, ADAKAI, CONCOR, NORVASC, DOMPERIDONE, FLEGYL, LACTULOSE. Patient recovered.
