Zeldox side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on June 01, 2005. Male patient, 39 years of age, was diagnosed with schizophrenia and was treated with Zeldox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, agitation, cardio-respiratory arrest, insomnia, loss of consciousness, palpitations, syncope, tremor. Zeldox dosage: unknown. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, agitation, cardio-respiratory arrest, insomnia, loss of consciousness, palpitations, syncope, tremor. Zeldox dosage: 120 MG (60 MG, 2 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with THIORIDAZINE. Patient died.
