Zelapar side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Sept 06, 2007. Male patient was diagnosed with parkinson's disease What is  parkinson's disease and was treated with Zelapar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine phosphokinase increased. Zelapar dosage: 25 MG;QD;PO; 2.5 MG;QD;PO. During the same period patient was treated with STALEVO, PARCOPA, NEURO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
