Zelapar side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Sept 06, 2007. Male patient was diagnosed with parkinson's disease  and was treated with Zelapar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine phosphokinase increased. Zelapar dosage: 25 MG;QD;PO; 2.5 MG;QD;PO. During the same period patient was treated with STALEVO, PARCOPA, NEURO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
