Zefix Side Effects Report #5075824-0
Zefix side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Aug 04, 2006. Male patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with hepatitis b  and was treated with Zefix. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: thrombocytopenia. Zefix dosage: 50MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with MUCODYNE, LACTULOSE, PERSANTIN, PARIET, ALDACTONE A, PANTOSIN, LASIX. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: jaundice , thrombocytopenia. Zefix dosage: 50MG VARIABLE DOSE. During the same period patient was treated with MUCODYNE, LACTULOSE, PERSANTIN, PARIET, ALDACTONE A, PANTOSIN, LASIX. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died on 08/14/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatic failure, jaundice , sepsis , thrombocytopenia. Zefix dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MUCODYNE, LACTULOSE, PERSANTIN, PARIET, ALDACTONE, PANTOSIN, LASIX. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died on 08/14/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: platelet count decreased, purpura, thrombocytopenia. Zefix dosage: 100MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ACECOL, ZYRTEC, MECOBALAMIN. Patient recovered.
