Zefix side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from JAPAN on Apr 15, 2008. Male patient, 80 years of age, weighting 101.6 lb, was diagnosed with hepatitis b , type 2 diabetes mellitus and was treated with Zefix. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, amnesia, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood albumin decreased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood cholinesterase decreased, blood creatine phosphokinase decreased, blood creatinine increased, blood glucose increased. Zefix dosage: 100MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with LACTULOSE, ALDACTONE, NOVORAPID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
