Zefix Side Effects Report #4853330-3
Zefix side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Sept 16, 2005. Male patient, 58 years of age, weighting 92.59 lb, was diagnosed with hepatitis b  and was treated with Zefix. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, ammonia increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood bilirubin increased, blood chloride decreased, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatinine abnormal, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, blood potassium increased. Zefix dosage: 100MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with INTRON A, INTERFERON BETA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/15/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, autoimmune disorder, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, myalgia, pain in extremity. Zefix dosage: 100MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with GASTER, SELBEX, URSO. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase abnormal, alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase decreased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, myoglobin urine present, pain , rhabdomyolysis. Zefix dosage: 100MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with NEOPHAGEN C, TENORMIN, DIOVAN, ADALAT, CONIEL. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase abnormal, alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase decreased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, myoglobin urine present, pain , rhabdomyolysis. Zefix dosage: 100MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with NEOPHAGEN C, TENORMIN, DIOVAN, ADALAT, CONIEL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, alpha 1 foetoprotein increased, anaemia, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, decreased appetite, diarrhoea, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased. Zefix dosage: 100MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with LOCHOL, PROHEPARUM, REPTOR, DAISAIKOTO, AMLODIN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine phosphokinase increased, multiple myeloma , myoglobin blood increased. Zefix dosage: 100MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with HEPSERA, THALIDOMIDE, ADRIAMYCIN PFS. Patient died on 10/07/2006.
