Female patient, 49 years of age, weighting 138.9 lb, was diagnosed with sinusitis  and was treated with Zeclar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, blood albumin decreased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood immunoglobulin e increased, folliculitis, pruritus, total bile acids increased. Zeclar dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
