Zavesca side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on June 08, 2005. Female patient, child 9 years of age, was diagnosed with tay-sachs disease and was treated with Zavesca. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, coordination abnormal, femur fracture, pathological fracture. Zavesca dosage: 100 MG, BID, ORAL; 200 MG, BID, ORAL. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
