Zanaflex side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from CANADA on July 13, 2005. Female patient, 61 years of age, was diagnosed with muscle spasticity, allergenic desensitisation procedure and was treated with Zanaflex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: myocardial infarction, rash What is  rash, respiratory tract infection, ventricular fibrillation. Zanaflex dosage: 4 MG QDAY PO. During the same period patient was treated with VANCOCYN, FLAGYL, TYLENOL, NEURONTIN, ATIVAN. Patient died on 01/24/2004.

Male patient, 18 years of age, weighting 235.0 lb, was diagnosed with lumbar radiculopathy and was treated with Zanaflex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: rash What is  rash. Zanaflex dosage: 4 MG QD AT BEDTIME. During the same period patient was treated with LYRICA. Patient recovered.
