Zanaflex side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Jan 22, 2006. Female patient, 30 years of age, weighting 184.0 lb, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Zanaflex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, hallucination, hypotension, sedation. Zanaflex dosage: 8 MG PO TID CHRONIC. During the same period patient was treated with OXYCONTIN, PHENERGAN, REGLAN, SKELAXIN, AMBIEN, LUNESTA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depressed level of consciousness, heart rate increased, hypotension, musculoskeletal stiffness, pallor, somnolence. Zanaflex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LISINOPRIL, VALPROIC ACID, VALIUM, CLONAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dysarthria, dysstasia, feeling abnormal, hallucination, hypotension, rectal haemorrhage, urinary tract infection . Zanaflex dosage: ( 8 MG TID ORAL). During the same period patient was treated with CIPROFLOXACIN, FENTANYL, PERCOCET. Patient recovered.
