Zanaflex side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Nov 07, 2008. Female patient, 53 years of age, weighting 132.0 lb, was diagnosed with muscle spasms, urinary tract infection  and was treated with Zanaflex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dysarthria, dysstasia, feeling abnormal, hallucination, hypotension, rectal haemorrhage, urinary tract infection . Zanaflex dosage: ( 8 MG TID ORAL). During the same period patient was treated with CIPROFLOXACIN, FENTANYL, PERCOCET. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, coordination abnormal, dysarthria, dyskinesia, hypotension, sedation, somnolence, tremor. Zanaflex dosage: 4 MG Q8HR PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
