Zanaflex side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on May 24, 2005. Female patient, 40 years of age, was diagnosed with pain , depression  and was treated with Zanaflex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depression , paranoia. Zanaflex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with EFFEXOR, LEXAPRO, DURAGESIC, ZONEGRAN, CLONIDINE, ULTRAM. Patient recovered.

Zanaflex side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Mar 18, 2005. Female patient, 46 years of age, was diagnosed with depression , insomnia and was treated with Zanaflex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, confusional state, depression , insomnia, lethargy, muscular weakness. Zanaflex dosage: 4 MG PO. During the same period patient was treated with TRAZODONE HYDROCHLORIDE, TRAZODONE HYDROCHLORIDE, DILAUDID, XANAX, QUINAPRIL, VALIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, aphonia, bruxism, depression , dry mouth, dysgeusia, hypertension, multiple allergies. Zanaflex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LYRICA, NEURONTIN, DEPAKOTE, IBUPROFEN, EFFEXOR, TOPAMAX. Patient recovered.
