After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, hallucination, hypotension, sedation. Zanaflex dosage: 8 MG PO TID CHRONIC. During the same period patient was treated with OXYCONTIN, PHENERGAN, REGLAN, SKELAXIN, AMBIEN, LUNESTA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
