Zanaflex Side Effects Report #4982814-2
Zanaflex side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Apr 03, 2006. Female patient, 58 years of age, weighting 252.0 lb, was diagnosed with muscle spasms and was treated with Zanaflex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, albumin globulin ratio decreased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, bilirubin conjugated increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood urea increased, blood urea nitrogen/creatinine ratio increased, chromaturia, eosinophil percentage increased. Zanaflex dosage: 4 MG QHS PO. During the same period patient was treated with FLONASE, PREMARIN, SINGULAIR, LISINOPRIL, TENORETIC, FLOVENT, ALBUTEROL. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, back pain What is  back pain, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, nausea What is  nausea, treatment noncompliance. Zanaflex dosage: 4 MG QAM, 12-20 MG Q PM. During the same period patient was treated with PANTOPRAZOLE, SENNA, MYLANTA, HYDROMORPHONE, DOCUSATE, METHADONE, GABAPENTIN, ONDANSETRON. Patient recovered.

Zanaflex dosage: 4 MG TID PO. During the same period patient was treated with AMINOPYRIDINE, REBIF, MIRAPEX, ESTROGEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
