Zaldiar Side Effects Report #5650417-2
Zaldiar side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Feb 25, 2008. Male patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with pain , back pain  and was treated with Zaldiar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, cardiac arrest , cytolytic hepatitis, histiocytosis haematophagic, lung disorder, pyrexia, thrombocytopenia. Zaldiar dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN, PROFENID, ACUPAN, MIOREL, NUROFEN, METHOCARBAMOL, EFFERALGAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/09/2007.

During the same period patient was treated with POLTRAM RETARD, VENLAFAXINE HYDROCHLORIDE, GLICLAZIDE, SIOFOR, SIMVASTATIN, PRESTARIUM, ACARD, VESSEL DUE F. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
