Zalcitabine side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on July 03, 1995. Male patient, 67 years of age, weighting 187.4 lb, was diagnosed with hiv infection , candidiasis and was treated with Zalcitabine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aids encephalopathy, grand mal convulsion, hiv wasting syndrome , leukopenia. Zalcitabine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DIFLUCAN, EUSAPRIM, CARBAMAZEPINE, PHENYTOIN. Patient died on 10/01/1994.
