Yondelis and hepatic failure Patient Reports February 12, 2012

Yondelis side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED KINGDOM on Sept 04, 2006. Female patient, weighting 148.8 lb, was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, depression  and was treated with Yondelis. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dehydration, hepatic failure, neutropenic sepsis, renal failure acute. Yondelis dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DOXIL, CITALOPRAM, CHLORHEXIDINE, NORMAL SALINE, BLOOD TRANSFUSION. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/20/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, dehydration, hepatic failure, hyperglycaemia, hypoalbuminaemia, neutropenic sepsis, oral pain, renal failure acute. Yondelis dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DOXIL, CITALOPRAM HYDROBROMIDE, CHLORHEXIDINE GLUCONATE, CHLORIDE, BLOOD TRANSFUSION. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/20/2006.
