Female patient, 54 years of age, weighting 192.0 lb, was diagnosed with hypersensitivity, urticaria and was treated with Xyzal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, arthropathy, bursitis , gait disturbance, joint effusion, joint swelling, muscle spasms, myalgia. Xyzal dosage: 5 MG ONCE DAILY PO. Patient recovered.

Male patient, child 6 years of age, weighting 61.73 lb, was diagnosed with antiemetic supportive care, rhinitis allergic, immunisation and was treated with Xyzal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal rigidity, asthenia, disturbance in social behaviour, dyspnoea, dysstasia, gastrointestinal disorder, gastrointestinal motility disorder, muscle spasms, nausea . Xyzal dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TETRAVAC. Patient recovered.
