Xyrem side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Oct 30, 2008. Male patient, 79 years of age, was diagnosed with narcolepsy and was treated with Xyrem. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, aggression, belligerence, cardiac failure congestive, confusional state, crying, hostility, impaired self-care, incoherent. Xyrem dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DIVALPROEX, RISPERIDONE, CLOPIDOGREL BISULPHATE, CARVEDILOL, AMLODIPINE, INSULIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
