Male patient, 64 years of age, was diagnosed with ventricular arrhythmia and was treated with Xylocaine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, altered state of consciousness, cardio-respiratory arrest. Xylocaine dosage: unknown. Patient died on 04/01/2004.
