After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, chapped lips, chromaturia, diarrhoea, headache
, insomnia, lethargy, lip dry, muscular weakness. Xifaxan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREMARIN, TOPROL, TOPAMAX, ZOCOR, OXYBUTIN, LEVOXYL. Patient recovered.Xifaxan Side Effects Report #6018776-9

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, diarrhoea, faecal incontinence, head injury, hypophagia, insomnia. Xifaxan dosage: FOR 7 DAYS EACH MONTH (200 MG, 3 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PANCREATIC ENZYMES, TINCTURE OF OPIUM, LEVOTHYROXINE, DARBEPOETIN ALFA, METOPROLOL, LPERAMIDE, VICODIN. Patient died on 12/14/2008.
