Male patient, 50 years of age, weighting 180.0 lb, was diagnosed with vitrectomy, prophylaxis and was treated with Xibrom. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: corneal epithelium defect, impaired healing, maculopathy. Xibrom dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDTE, MAXITROL, ACULAR. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 56 years of age, was diagnosed with conjunctivitis viral and was treated with Xibrom. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: corneal epithelium defect, corneal perforation, corneal transplant. Xibrom dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, EVOXAC, METHOTREXATE, FOLIC ACID, ALBUTEROL, SINGULAIR, VICODIN, RESTASIS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
