Xatral Side Effects Report #4603151-1
Xatral side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Mar 20, 2003. Male patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with benign prostatic hyperplasia and was treated with Xatral. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, asthenia, calcinosis, colorectal cancer , colorectal cancer metastatic, constipation , dysgeusia, hepatic lesion, hepatomegaly. Xatral dosage: 10 MG OD, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DIAFUSOR, AMLOR, LASIX, ZESTRIL, PHYSIOTENS, PRAXILENE, PRAVASTATIN, PREVISCAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

Male patient was diagnosed with benign prostatic hyperplasia, cardiac failure, hypertension and was treated with Xatral. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, hypotension, vertigo. Xatral dosage: 5 MG. During the same period patient was treated with TRITACE, BETALOC ZOK, PLENDIL, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, AMILORIDE, FURON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Xatral side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Aug 11, 2005. Male patient, 85 years of age, was diagnosed with prostate cancer metastatic and was treated with Xatral. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, cytolytic hepatitis, disseminated intravascular coagulation, neutropenia, renal failure acute. Xatral dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, ZOMETA, PROSCAR, ZOCOR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/27/2004.
