Xagrid side effect was reported by a Physician from BELGIUM on June 07, 2005. Male patient, 60 years of age, was diagnosed with essential thrombocythaemia and was treated with Xagrid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: renal failure acute. Xagrid dosage: 0.5 MG, 3X/DAY:TID. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, LIPANTYL. Patient recovered.

Xagrid side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from GREECE on June 14, 2007. Female patient was diagnosed with essential thrombocythaemia and was treated with Xagrid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: oedema, pulmonary oedema, rash What is  rash, renal failure acute. Xagrid dosage: 1 MG,2X/DAY;BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROXYUREA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/10/2006.
