Xagrid side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on Sept 25, 2006. Male patient, 61 years of age, was diagnosed with essential thrombocythaemia and was treated with Xagrid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disease progression, headache , leukocytosis, myelocytosis, myelofibrosis, neutrophil count increased, splenomegaly. Xagrid dosage: 0.5 MG, 2X/DAY:BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with HYDREA. Patient recovered.

Xagrid side effect was reported by a Physician from on Jan 21, 2005. Female patient, 38 years of age, weighting 121.3 lb, was diagnosed with essential thrombocythaemia and was treated with Xagrid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abortion spontaneous, neutrophil count increased, platelet count increased, pregnancy , white blood cell count increased. Xagrid dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
