Xagrid side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on Sept 25, 2006. Male patient, 61 years of age, was diagnosed with essential thrombocythaemia and was treated with Xagrid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disease progression, headache What is  headache, leukocytosis, myelocytosis, myelofibrosis, neutrophil count increased, splenomegaly. Xagrid dosage: 0.5 MG, 2X/DAY:BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with HYDREA. Patient recovered.

Xagrid side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED KINGDOM on June 13, 2008. Male patient, 32 years of age, was treated with Xagrid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: myelofibrosis. Xagrid dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
