Xagrid side effect was reported by a Physician from on Mar 11, 2005. Male patient, 75 years of age, weighting 191.8 lb, was diagnosed with thrombocythaemia and was treated with Xagrid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , constipation , diabetes mellitus inadequate control, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, haemoglobin decreased, swelling, vomiting. Xagrid dosage: 0.5 MG 3X/DAY: TID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with VALPROATE, METFORMIN, GLIMEPIRIDE, COVERSYL, SERENOA REPENS, KARDEGIC. Patient recovered.

Xagrid side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on Mar 16, 2005. Male patient, 76 years of age, weighting 194.0 lb, was diagnosed with essential thrombocythaemia and was treated with Xagrid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bronchitis , cardiac failure, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, renal failure. Xagrid dosage: 0.5 MG, 2X/DAY:BID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
