After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, acute respiratory distress syndrome, anaemia, ascites, bacterial sepsis, blood albumin decreased, cardiac arrest , chest x-ray abnormal.
