After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood potassium decreased, headache , memory impairment, mental impairment, rash , visual disturbance. Welchol dosage: 1875 (#3-625MGTAB) MORNING + EVENING BY MOUTH. During the same period patient was treated with ALPRAZOLAM, AMLODIPINE, METOPROLOL SUCCINATE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, OMEPRAZOLE, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, PIROXICAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
