Welchol dosage: 312.5 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with ACIPHEX, WOMEN, CALCIUM GLUCONATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Welchol dosage: 3750 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with ZETIA, LIPITOR, FISH OIL. Patient recovered.
