After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood potassium increased, headache , infection , myocardial infarction. Welchol dosage: 1875 MG BID PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Welchol dosage: 1875 (#3-625MGTAB) MORNING + EVENING BY MOUTH. During the same period patient was treated with ALPRAZOLAM, AMLODIPINE, METOPROLOL SUCCINATE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, OMEPRAZOLE, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, PIROXICAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Welchol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ADVAIR HFA, PREDNISONE, PRILOSEC, COUMADIN, ACTONEL, CALCIUM WITH VITAMIN D. Patient recovered.
